Welcome to Scooby Dooz!

Is your best friend lonely at home all day while you're at work? Perhaps in need of a little socialisation and extra play time? Maybe your dog's behaviour could use some work.

Scooby Dooz Doggy Day Care and Grooming Salon is the answer for you!

Scooby Dooz Doggy Day Care provides your dog a full day's activities including;

You can drop your dog in from 7am and pick-up until 7pm, Monday to Friday or we can collect your furry friend from your own home as well as dropping them back safely (if a little bit tired!) in the afternoon.

Our Grooming Salon, winner of the DOGSlife award for Best Grooming Salon, provides the full range of grooming services for your pooch from a simple wash, through pawdicure, to a complete grooming session.

And you can combine your grooming with the day care - drop your dog in, they can settle and play for a while, they can then be clipped and washed before another play or a rest in a cosy kennel or chill-out lounge.  All while you relax or go to work, not having to worry about rushing to pick them up.

Rest assured - your dog will not spend any time in a cage. Rather than being returned stressed out, your mate will be clean, tidy and happy (but maybe a little tired after a great day)!

Scooby Dooz can also provide swimming excursions, weight loss programmes, and holiday care or one night sleepovers with our carers - just ask!

The weather is starting to get cooler as our autumn months approach. Now is the time to start thinking about your dog‛s winter grooming needs. (see our article on winter grooming)

Our Mate of the Month

Ken

Ken, our tiny little Italian greyhound, is our day care dog of the month. Ken came to day care as a timid and shy little man who was scared of the staff and a bit cranky. Now Ken runs through the door to greet the staff and races around the day care with all the other dogs. Occasionally opting for a quiet day in the grooming room Ken‛s confidence continues to grow.
